Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
A Quick Summary
This summary is provided for convenience. The full Terms below govern your use of Comover.
- Comover is a marketplace. We help Bookers find and reserve spaces offered by independent Hosts. The agreement to use a space is generally between the Booker and the Host.
- Two booking methods. Flex desks are generally booked instantly. Meeting rooms are booked by request and require Host approval.
- Clear prices. Bookers see the total booking price before confirming. Comover does not charge Bookers a separate platform fee.
- Hosting fees. Listing is free. Our standard Host commission is 8% of the booking subtotal plus €0.75 per booking, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is charged on Comover's commission.
- Cancellations. Bookers receive a full refund when cancelling at least 24 hours before check-in. An additional 15-minute full-refund period applies to instant bookings before check-in. For later cancellations, the Host can choose whether to grant a refund and in what amount.
- Optional extras. Hosts may arrange and charge separately for genuinely optional services, such as catering, under our Off-Platform Policy.
Who operates Comover?
The Comover Platform is operated by:
Youvision SRL
Rue des Côteaux 331, 1030 Brussels, Belgium (ET03)
Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE/KBO):
0798.940.894
Email: info@comover.com
Telephone: +32 479 28 19 35
In these Terms, Comover, we, us, and our refer to Youvision SRL. Platform means our websites, applications, and related services. A Spot is a workspace offered for booking on Comover, such as a meeting room or a flex desk. A Host offers a Spot; a Booker searches for or books a Spot. A Booking is a confirmed reservation for a Spot. A Booking Request is a request awaiting the Host's decision. Check-in means the scheduled start of the Booking, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
These Terms govern access to the Platform by individuals, businesses, and organizations. If you use Comover on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization in relation to the activities you carry out.
Accepting these Terms. When presented with these Terms as part of registration, booking, or Host onboarding, you agree to them by taking the affirmative action indicated in the relevant process (for example, selecting an agreement checkbox or confirming acceptance). Hosts must accept the applicable Terms before their listings can receive Bookings. Where Comover agrees separate written conditions with a Host, those conditions apply only to the extent expressly stated. We maintain, or arrange to maintain, a record of the accepted version and date of acceptance. Simply making these Terms available on our website does not, by itself, establish that a particular person has accepted them.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. Additional policies incorporated into these Terms are identified in Section 23.
Booker Terms
1. Our Mission
Comover helps professionals discover and book suitable meeting rooms and flexible workspaces from independent Hosts. We provide the tools to search, request, book, pay for, and manage reservations.
2. Searching and Booking on Comover
2.1 Listings and search. Listings describe the Spot, capacity, facilities, location, availability, price, and applicable conditions. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Search results are ordered using factors such as the Booker's search criteria, relevance, location, availability, and characteristics of the Spot, as further described in Section 6.3.
2.2 Price information. Before committing to a Booking, you will be shown the total amount payable through Comover, including applicable taxes and any mandatory items charged through the Platform. Comover does not charge Bookers a separate platform booking fee. Optional services arranged directly with a Host are not part of the Comover checkout price unless expressly included in the listing and checkout.
2.3 Instant Booking. For Spots offering instant booking, a Booking is confirmed after the required checkout and successful payment process. This typically applies to flex desks.
2.4 Request to Book. For Spots requiring approval, such as meeting rooms, submitting a Booking Request does not itself create a confirmed Booking. The Host may accept or decline it. The payment is collected only if the Host accepts, subject to any payment-method-specific steps clearly disclosed during checkout. If the request is declined or expires, you will not be charged for the Booking.
2.5 Contract with the Host. Once a Booking is confirmed, a contract for use of the Spot is formed directly between the Booker and the Host identified in the listing, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The Host is responsible for providing the space as described. Comover provides the booking and payment infrastructure and any support functions expressly described in these Terms.
2.6 Conditions of use. You must comply with the capacity limit, agreed hours, reasonable access and safety instructions, and any lawful rules clearly communicated before booking. Your Booking grants permission to use the Spot for the agreed purpose and period; it does not automatically create a residential tenancy or any ongoing right to occupy the premises.
2.7 Information about the Host. Hosts must provide accurate business and identity information, including whether they act as professional traders where applicable. Information relevant to consumer rights must be made available to Bookers as required by law.
3. Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes
3.1 Before confirmation. A Booker may withdraw a Booking Request before the Host confirms it, without a booking charge. A Host may decline a request before confirming it.
3.2 Confirmed Booking cancelled by a Booker. Subject to mandatory legal rights:
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in, you receive a full refund, including the amount paid through Comover.
- For an instant booking, you may also cancel within 15 minutes of placing that booking, provided the scheduled check-in has not started, for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in and the instant-booking exception does not apply, the Booking is non-refundable by default. The Host may nevertheless choose to grant a full or partial refund.
- Once check-in has started, self-service cancellation and automatic refunds are not available. For problems arising after check-in, contact support; any resolution is subject to the circumstances and applicable rights.
3.3 Host cancellation. If a Host cancels a confirmed Booking, the Booker receives a full refund of the amount paid through Comover. Other remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected.
3.4 Host-authorized refunds. Where available, the Host may authorize an additional full or partial refund following a late cancellation, subject to the applicable payment process and available refundable amount. Comover does not guarantee that a Host will grant a discretionary refund.
3.5 Changes to a Booking. Changes to dates, times, capacity, price, or services must be agreed by the relevant parties and reflected in the Platform or arranged with Comover support when needed. Messages alone do not automatically change the payment or confirmed reservation record. Any additional payment must be clearly agreed before collection.
3.6 Exceptional circumstances and mandatory rights. Where a serious event prevents a Booking from being fulfilled, contact us. We may review individual circumstances and facilitate a resolution. This section and the Cancellation Policy do not limit any non-waivable statutory rights, including any applicable consumer rights of withdrawal or remedies for non-performance.
4. Booker Responsibilities
Bookers must use Spots responsibly, comply with applicable law and venue rules, and treat Hosts, personnel, and other visitors respectfully. You are responsible for ensuring that attendees you invite follow those rules and for damage they cause to the extent provided by applicable law. Do not exceed the permitted capacity or use a Spot for unlawful or undisclosed purposes.
If a problem occurs, notify the Host and, where appropriate, Comover promptly. Claims for property damage or other losses must be addressed through an appropriate, documented process; Comover does not automatically charge a payment method for unverified damage claims.
Host Terms
5. Hosting on Comover
5.1 Independent Hosts. Hosts are independent providers of their spaces and services. Hosting does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship with Comover. Hosts decide which eligible Spots to offer and, for request-to-book reservations, whether to accept requests, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
5.2 Contract with Bookers. When a Booking is confirmed, the Host undertakes to provide the Spot in accordance with the listing and agreed reservation terms. The Host is the provider responsible for the space, its suitability, access arrangements, and lawful operation.
5.3 Listing and commission. Creating and listing Spots is free, without setup or subscription fees. The standard commission is 8% of the Booking Subtotal plus €0.75 per Booking, excluding VAT, with VAT on Comover's service fee where applicable. Booking Subtotal and the percentage calculation are defined in Section 11.2. Any special rate expressly offered to an individual Host will be communicated separately and does not change the public standard rate. See Sections 8 and 11 for billing and tax matters.
5.4 Authority. If you act for a company, venue, or organization, you warrant that you have authority to list the Spot, accept applicable terms, and enter into Bookings on its behalf.
6. Managing Your Spot
6.1 Listings. Hosts must provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Spot, including its location, capacity, accessibility, included amenities, price, minimum booking duration, opening hours, and any material restrictions. Mandatory charges must be disclosed before a Booker makes a binding reservation.
6.2 Availability. Hosts are responsible for making their Spots available for confirmed Bookings and avoiding conflicting reservations. Comover may support synchronization with compatible external calendars, including iCal/ICS feeds. Such synchronization is periodic and depends on the information supplied by the external system; it is not a guarantee of real-time availability. Hosts must notify Comover promptly of errors that could affect confirmed reservations.
6.3 Search ranking. Comover aims to show Spots that match a Booker's search. The most important factors are the Booker's selected search criteria, particularly location, requested date and time, capacity, and whether the Spot is available. These factors determine which listings are eligible or most relevant to the search. Among suitable results, factors such as proximity to the searched location, Spot characteristics and amenities, and price can influence their order. Additional factors, where used, may include listing completeness (for example, photos and descriptions) and indicators of booking experience or reliability. Their importance is generally secondary to matching the Booker's search and availability requirements, and the influence of individual factors can vary depending on the search and filters used.
Comover does not currently sell higher search placement. A Host's commission rate, including any individually agreed discounted rate, does not by itself purchase preferential ranking. We will disclose any future paid ranking influence as required by law. We may refine our ranking methods as the Platform evolves and will update this description when the main parameters or their relative importance change materially. Hosts are not guaranteed any particular ranking position.
6.4 Venue rules and lawful eligibility criteria. Hosts may set objective conditions concerning permitted uses, safety, capacity, and specific organizational eligibility where lawful. Such conditions must be accurately disclosed and applied consistently with our Nondiscrimination Policy.
6.5 Optional services. Hosts may offer optional additional services, such as catering, refreshments, or audiovisual equipment, separately from the room rental. Such services may be arranged and paid for directly with Bookers under our Off-Platform Policy. Hosts must not disguise mandatory room-rental charges as optional extras to avoid Comover fees. Where a package is mandatory, its required price and conditions must be disclosed before the Booker is bound.
6.6 Legal compliance and insurance. Hosts must comply with applicable laws, health and safety requirements, permits, building restrictions, privacy rules, and tax obligations. Hosts should maintain insurance appropriate to the spaces and activities they offer. Comover does not provide property or liability insurance for Hosts.
6.7 Pausing and removing listings. Hosts may stop offering new availability or request removal of a Spot, subject to technical controls and obligations arising from existing confirmed Bookings. Pausing a listing does not cancel existing commitments.
7. Host Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes
7.1 Confirmed Booking cancelled by the Host. Hosts should honour confirmed reservations. If a Host cancels, the Booker receives a full refund of the amount paid through Comover. The Host may be responsible for other losses where required by applicable law or where its contractual breach gives rise to a valid claim.
7.2 Late cancellation by the Booker. If a Booker cancels after the full-refund window, the Host may retain the amount otherwise payable under the cancellation rules or choose to grant a full or partial refund. The Host must use any refund function according to the instructions and amounts shown by Comover.
7.3 Commission and refunds. Where a Booker receives a full refund, Comover's service commission for that Booking is reversed or refunded as applicable. For a partial refund authorized by the Host, Comover's service commission is generally retained and the Host's proceeds are adjusted to fund the refund, subject to mandatory law and the calculation shown during the refund process.
7.4 Payout adjustments. If funds have already been paid out and a refund, chargeback, or legally required reversal is subsequently due, Comover may seek reimbursement from the Host or offset amounts against future payouts where contractually and legally permitted. Any such adjustment will be communicated and documented.
7.5 Changes. Changes that affect a confirmed reservation must be properly reflected in the booking and payment records. Hosts must not demand undisclosed mandatory charges or move an existing Comover Booking off-platform.
8. Taxes, Invoicing and Payouts
8.1 Host taxes. Each Host is responsible for determining and complying with its obligations concerning VAT, income taxes, permits, business registration, and other taxes on the services it supplies. Hosts must provide accurate legal and billing information and inform Comover of changes.
8.2 Collection of payments and Stripe Connect. Booking payments are processed through Stripe using the payment flows offered by Comover. Hosts authorize the processing of booking payments, refunds, commissions, and payouts as necessary to operate the Platform, subject to applicable payment provider agreements and law.
To receive payments through Stripe Connect, a Host must also accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which incorporates the applicable Stripe Services Agreement, and complete any required onboarding and verification steps. The Connected Account Agreement is a separate agreement between the Host (or the represented entity) and Stripe. Comover may facilitate the creation and management of the connected account and the Host's acceptance of Stripe's terms through its onboarding process where authorized. Acceptance of these Comover Terms alone does not replace any separate acceptance required by Stripe. Hosts must provide accurate information and keep it current; Stripe's services remain subject to Stripe's applicable terms.
8.3 Comover's fees and VAT. Comover deducts its applicable service fee from amounts otherwise payable to the Host. The standard fee is described in Section 5.3. VAT charged on Comover's commission is distinct from any VAT applicable to the Host's rental services.
8.4 Self-billing. Where Comover provides self-billing, the Host authorizes the generation and delivery of invoices in the Host's name and on the Host's behalf for transactions conducted through Comover. The Host remains responsible for the accuracy of its business and tax information and for reviewing and correcting invoices where necessary. The parties will follow any invoice acceptance and authorization procedure required by applicable law. Electronic invoicing, including Peppol where supported and applicable, may be provided through the Platform.
8.5 Payouts. Host earnings, after applicable commissions and adjustments, are automatically processed for payout through Stripe. Under the current standard processing arrangement, payout processing normally begins 48 hours after the Booking is completed, subject to payment settlement, refunds, risk checks, payment-provider requirements, and other lawful holds. Bank arrival times may vary. The payout information shown in the Host account provides transaction-specific details.
8.6 Verification. Stripe or Comover may request identity, company, bank account, or tax information needed for payment processing, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. Payouts may be delayed when necessary information is missing or verification is incomplete.
8.7 Tax reporting. We may collect and report information about Hosts where required under applicable tax laws, including DAC7 where applicable. Hosts agree to provide information reasonably required for compliance. Nothing in this section implies that all Hosts are necessarily reportable under DAC7.
General Terms
9. Reviews
Where review features are available, reviews must reflect genuine booking experiences and comply with our Review Policy. We may investigate and remove reviews that violate applicable law or that Policy; we do not remove reviews merely because they are negative.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
Users may submit listing text, photos, business information, messages, reviews, and other content (User Content). You remain responsible for content you provide and must have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
You grant Comover a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, translate, and distribute your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, display, administer, and promote listings and the Platform. This license lasts only as long as needed for these purposes and for lawful record-keeping. We do not acquire ownership of your content merely because you upload it.
Comover's software, branding, interface, and other Platform materials are owned by Comover or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted for normal use of the service, users may not reproduce or commercially exploit those materials without authorization.
User Content must comply with our Content Policy and Copyright & IP Policy. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Fees and Price Transparency
11.1 Bookers. Comover does not currently charge Bookers a separate platform booking fee. Bookers pay the total amount disclosed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and mandatory charges associated with the reservation.
11.2 Hosts and commission calculation. The standard Host commission is 8% of the Booking Subtotal plus €0.75 per Booking, excluding VAT. For the percentage calculation, Booking Subtotal means [TO CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: the rental price after applicable discounts, either excluding or including VAT charged by the Host—select the basis actually used by the backend]. Genuinely optional services arranged and billed separately under Section 11.3 are excluded from that subtotal.
The 8% commission and the €0.75 fixed fee are exclusive of VAT. Belgian VAT at 21% applies to Comover's service fees where legally required. VAT on Comover's commission is separate from any VAT charged by the Host for the Spot. The commission basis and the fees charged must be consistent with the Host's booking and payout breakdown. Any expressly agreed individual Host rate takes precedence over the public standard rate for that Host only.
11.3 Separate extras. Optional services sold separately by the Host are not subject to Comover's commission when they are genuinely independent of the Comover room rental. They remain the Host's responsibility.
11.4 Refunds. Fee adjustments following full or partial refunds are governed by Section 7 and the Cancellation Policy. There is no blanket rule making Comover fees non-refundable when a full refund is due.
11.5 Changes. Material changes to fees applicable to existing Hosts will be communicated in advance in accordance with Section 14 and applicable business-user law. A change will not retroactively alter fees on already confirmed Bookings unless legally required or expressly agreed.
12. Platform Rules
You must use Comover lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- provide false information, impersonate others, or create fraudulent bookings or listings;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other people;
- interfere with the Platform's security, availability, or normal operation;
- use unauthorized automation to scrape private information or access protected areas;
- misuse another user's personal data, including for unsolicited marketing;
- knowingly publish content you do not have the right to use;
- manipulate ratings, reviews, bookings, or search results;
- divert an existing or pending Comover Booking to an external payment or booking channel to avoid fees; or
- otherwise breach these Terms or the policies incorporated into them.
Hosts and Bookers may coordinate logistics and genuinely optional additional services outside the Platform as permitted by our Off-Platform Policy. Legitimate business websites, venue contact details, access systems, and external reviews are not prohibited merely because they exist outside Comover.
Reports of unlawful or prohibited content can be sent to support@comover.com. We review reports and make moderation decisions in accordance with our policies and any applicable notice-and-action requirements. In an emergency involving imminent harm, contact emergency services first.
13. Account Restrictions, Suspension and Termination
13.1 Duration. These Terms apply while you use Comover or maintain an account, and continue to govern outstanding Bookings, payments, refunds, disputes, and other obligations that survive termination.
13.2 Your account. You may request account closure at any time. Closure does not automatically cancel confirmed Bookings or erase records that we must retain by law. Outstanding reservations and financial obligations must be resolved appropriately.
13.3 Actions by Comover. We may restrict listings, features, or accounts where reasonably necessary in response to a serious policy violation, unlawful activity, fraud, safety risk, or other justified ground. Where applicable, we will provide reasons, notice, and an opportunity to challenge the action.
13.4 Termination without fault. We may end access to the Platform by giving reasonable advance notice. For Business Hosts protected by Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, the specific notice requirements described in Section 25 apply, including the general 30-day notice requirement where applicable.
13.5 Existing Bookings. Unless otherwise required by law or necessary for safety, termination or suspension will not relieve the parties of obligations concerning confirmed Bookings. Comover may coordinate cancellations and refunds where continued fulfilment is impossible.
13.6 Appeals. You may request a review of a restriction or termination by contacting support@comover.com. Additional rights available under applicable platform regulation remain unaffected.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or changes to our commercial model. We will publish the revised version with an updated date and give advance notice where required.
For changes affecting Business Hosts covered by Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, we will normally provide at least 15 days' notice on a durable medium (such as email), or a longer period when reasonably necessary to make technical or commercial adjustments, unless a lawful exception applies. Business Hosts may terminate their agreement before the end of the notice period, subject to outstanding Booking obligations and applicable law. Material changes affecting consumers will be communicated in accordance with applicable law, and we will seek explicit acceptance where required.
Changes to standard fees will not be applied retroactively to confirmed Bookings, except where required by law or expressly agreed. Users may stop using the Platform or terminate their account subject to outstanding obligations.
15. Complaints, Damage and Booking Disputes
If an issue arises with a Spot, a Booking, a payment, or another user, the parties should try to resolve it promptly and in good faith. Comover may assist with communications, evidence, and payment adjustments, but is not a court, insurer, or automatic guarantor of claims between Hosts and Bookers.
Claims for damage to property must be substantiated, reasonably assessed, and handled according to applicable law. Comover will not automatically debit a Booker's payment method solely because a Host alleges damage. Any charge or recovery must have an appropriate contractual and legal basis, including any required authorization.
For complaints about Comover's own services, contact support@comover.com. Nothing in these Terms restricts access to competent courts or legally available dispute-resolution mechanisms. Eligible consumers may contact Belgium's Consumer Mediation Service after first seeking a resolution with the trader concerned.
16. Comover's Role
Comover operates a marketplace and provides discovery, booking, communication, payment facilitation, invoicing support, and related services. The Host supplies the Spot. Unless Comover expressly identifies itself as the supplier of a particular service, the contract for using a Spot is between the Host and Booker.
Comover does not own or operate Hosts' premises, does not act as a real estate broker, and does not provide property insurance. We do not guarantee that all user-provided information is error-free. This does not exclude responsibility for our own services or any obligation imposed by applicable law.
Comover may review or remove unlawful or policy-violating content, suspend access, and cooperate with lawful authorities where appropriate. Decisions affecting users will be handled with the transparency and procedural safeguards required by applicable law.
17. Accounts and Organizations
Users must be at least 18 years old, or be an authorized legal entity represented by an adult, to create an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Where agreement to these Terms or revised Terms is required, Comover will request affirmative acceptance and retain an appropriate record identifying the version accepted. A person accepting for a business must have authority to bind that business.
Organizations may use Billing Profiles and Comover Teams to manage booking permissions, budgets, and billing information. Members acting within a Team must respect their assigned permissions. The organization is responsible for arrangements made by authorized representatives within the scope of their authority and applicable law.
Hosts must provide accurate business and payment information and complete required payment-provider verification. We may request reasonable evidence of authority or identity when necessary.
18. Availability and Disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every Spot will be available at every moment. Availability information may depend on Host updates and third-party calendar feeds.
Hosts remain responsible for their venues, listing accuracy, and on-site performance. Comover remains responsible for its own legal and contractual obligations. Nothing in this Section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Liability
Each party is responsible for loss or damage it causes to the extent provided by applicable law. Comover is responsible for failures of its own services where the law so provides; Hosts are responsible for the performance of their space-related services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Comover is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not caused by its own breach. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other non-excludable liability.
No provision of these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or the Booker's rights against the actual provider of the booked space. A dispute between a Host and a Booker does not automatically make Comover liable for the underlying venue service.
20. Claims by Third Parties
Where your unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, or culpable breach of these Terms causes a valid third-party claim against Comover, you may be required to reimburse reasonable, documented losses to the extent legally permitted and attributable to your conduct. You will be informed of the claim and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
This clause does not apply to losses caused by Comover's own wrongdoing and does not waive any mandatory consumer rights.
21. Contracting Entity
The contracting entity providing the Comover Platform under these Terms is Youvision SRL, identified above. The Host identified in the listing is generally the contracting party supplying the booked Spot.
22. Applicable Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that protect consumers in their country of habitual residence where applicable.
For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction is determined by applicable consumer-protection and private international law rules; these Terms do not require consumers to bring proceedings in a court they would not otherwise be required to use.
For disputes solely between Comover and business users, the competent Belgian courts will have jurisdiction to the extent such a choice is legally permitted. Parties remain free to pursue mediation or another lawful resolution method.
23. Miscellaneous and Additional Policies
23.1 Incorporated policies. The following policies supplement these Terms, where applicable:
- Cancellation Policy
- Hosting Information
- Payouts & Hosting Fees
- Off-Platform Policy
- Content Policy
- Review Policy
- Nondiscrimination Policy
- Copyright & IP Policy
- Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for data-processing transparency
If a Help Center article conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern the contractual relationship, except where a more specific incorporated policy expressly controls a particular subject or mandatory law requires otherwise. Privacy notices describe data practices and do not override data-protection law.
23.2 Severability. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent legally possible.
23.3 No waiver. A failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.
23.4 Assignment. You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our consent where consent is legally required. Any transfer of Comover's contractual position will respect applicable notice requirements and user rights.
23.5 Communications. We may send booking confirmations, account notices, invoices, security messages, and legally required notices electronically to the contact details linked to your account. Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with applicable law and your preferences.
23.6 Third-party services. Certain functions use third-party providers, including Stripe, Google services, and app distribution platforms, which may have their own applicable terms. Links do not constitute Comover's endorsement of unrelated third-party services.
23.7 Force majeure. No party is responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent recognized by applicable law. Affected parties should communicate promptly and mitigate the consequences where reasonably possible. Statutory refund rights are not excluded.
23.8 Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@comover.com, and support or reports to support@comover.com.
Additional Terms for Business Hosts
24. Business Users
A Business User for these additional provisions is a Host that qualifies as a business user of online intermediation services under Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, where that Regulation applies. Qualification is determined by law and the nature of the Host's activities, not solely by whether a particular billing-profile field has been completed.
Business Hosts must provide accurate identity, trader, tax, and contact information needed for the Platform and legal disclosures.
25. Restrictions, Suspension and Termination of Business Hosts
Where Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 applies, we will give Business Hosts reasons for restricting or suspending their services on or before the restriction takes effect, subject to legal exceptions. Where we terminate the entire Platform service to a Business Host, we will generally provide a statement of reasons and at least 30 days' prior notice, unless an exception permitted by that Regulation applies.
Business Hosts may submit information to contest or clarify the circumstances of a decision. Any additional internal complaint and appeal processes legally required of Comover will be made available in accordance with applicable law.
26. Business Complaints and Mediation
Business Hosts may raise concerns about booking administration, technical problems, fees, suspension, or other Platform issues at support@comover.com. We will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable period, taking into account their nature and complexity.
Where Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 or other law requires a particular internal complaint-handling process or mediation arrangements, Comover will comply with those obligations. Nothing prevents the parties from agreeing to mediation or pursuing a remedy before a competent court.
27. Access to Data
Business Hosts can access data made available through their Host account, including their own listing information, booking details, communications relevant to the delivery of their services, and payout records, subject to privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
Comover may also use booking and Platform data to operate, improve, secure, and analyze the marketplace, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not grant Hosts unrestricted access to other Hosts' data, private Booker information unrelated to their Bookings, or confidential Platform analytics.
Access to particular records following suspension or termination may be subject to legal retention duties, technical constraints, and data protection. Requests concerning personal data may be made under the Privacy Policy.
