Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on Comover:

False or misleading information: Fraudulent listings, deceptive descriptions, fake reviews, or misrepresentations of a space or service.
Spam and unsolicited advertising: Repetitive messages, irrelevant promotions, or attempts to misuse the platform for unrelated commercial purposes.
Harassment and threats: Abusive, intimidating, threatening, or hateful content directed at others.
Discrimination: Content that promotes discrimination or violates our Nondiscrimination Policy.
Illegal or harmful content: Material promoting illegal activity, exploitation, or serious harm.
Explicit or inappropriate content: Sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise inappropriate material unrelated to the platform's professional purpose.
Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, business, or representative of Comover.
Privacy violations: Sharing another person's private or confidential information without an appropriate legal basis.
Intellectual property violations: Uploading content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

Spot titles and descriptions should accurately represent the space being offered.

Use clear, relevant titles that help Bookers understand the space.
Avoid excessive capitalization, symbols, emojis, or promotional claims.
Provide accurate descriptions of capacity, amenities, accessibility, and other relevant features.
Do not include misleading prices or availability information.

Hosts may include their venue's name, brand, and other relevant business information.

External links must comply with our Off-Platform Policy and must not be used to circumvent Comover's booking process.

Photos should accurately represent the space being offered.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and comply with our Review Policy.

We welcome honest feedback, including negative reviews, provided it follows our policies.

We may review reported content and take appropriate action, including removing content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Depending on the severity or frequency of violations, we may also restrict or suspend the associated account.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide information about moderation decisions and available options for contesting them.
