Nondiscrimination Policy
At Comover, we believe everyone deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully.
Our platform connects professionals with meeting rooms and flexible workspaces. We expect all Hosts and Bookers to contribute to a welcoming environment, free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and prejudice.
This policy applies to listings, booking requests, communications, and interactions related to Comover reservations.
Our Principles
Fair Treatment
Hosts and Bookers must not discriminate unlawfully based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
Respect
All users must communicate and interact respectfully, regardless of their backgrounds or personal beliefs.
Booking Requests and Host Decisions
Hosts may accept or decline booking requests based on legitimate, objective, and lawful criteria, such as:
- Space availability and capacity.
- The intended use of the space.
- Safety and building regulations.
- Compatibility with the venue's published booking conditions.
- Specific organizational eligibility requirements, where lawful and clearly communicated.
Hosts must not use these criteria as a pretext for unlawful discrimination.
Venues with Specific Eligibility Requirements
Some venues primarily serve particular types of organizations, such as nonprofits, social enterprises, or organizations working toward environmental or social objectives.
Hosts may establish eligibility requirements related to their venue's mission, provided these requirements comply with applicable law and are applied fairly and consistently.
Such requirements should be clearly explained in the listing so Bookers can understand them before submitting a request.
Accessibility and Disability
Hosts must not unlawfully refuse bookings or impose different conditions because of a person's disability.
Hosts should:
- Provide accurate information about accessibility features and limitations.
- Allow Bookers to assess whether a space meets their needs.
- Consider and provide reasonable accommodations where required by applicable law, unless doing so would impose a disproportionate burden.
- Respect applicable rules concerning assistance animals and mobility devices.
Listings and Communications
Listings, descriptions, messages, and other content must not express unlawful discriminatory preferences or restrictions.
Hosts may describe factual characteristics of their spaces, including accessibility, capacity, equipment, and intended professional use.
All content must also comply with Comover's Content Policy.

- Requesting changes to discriminatory listing content.
- Issuing a warning.
- Restricting access to certain platform features.
- Suspending or terminating an account in serious or repeated cases.
Actions will be assessed according to the circumstances, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
