How Booking Works

Once you have found the right workspace, choose the date and time that work for you and send or confirm your booking.

• Choose when you need the space: Meeting Rooms and Flex Desks can be booked for the available time period shown on the listing, whether that is a few hours or a full day.
• Review the details: Check the workspace, amenities, capacity, price, and booking conditions before confirming.
• Invite attendees: For meetings, you can invite colleagues or other participants so they have the booking details.
• Pay securely: Payments are handled securely through Comover, with no additional booking fee charged to the Booker.

Instant and Request-to-Book Spaces

Some spaces can be booked instantly, while others require confirmation from the Host.

With an Instant Booking, your reservation is confirmed immediately after booking. For spaces that require approval, your request is sent to the Host and you will be notified once it is accepted or declined.

After Your Booking

Once your booking is confirmed, you can access its details directly from Comover. Depending on the workspace, this may include the address, arrival information, instructions from the Host, and other practical information for your visit.

You can also contact the Host through Comover if you need clarification before your booking.

Booking for a Company

Comover is designed for professional use as well as individual bookings. Companies can use billing profiles to keep invoicing information consistent across bookings.

Teams can also manage shared booking activity and company budgets, helping employees book professional workspaces without having to manage separate coworking memberships or individual expense notes.

Invoices and Booking History

Your bookings remain available in your Comover account, making it easy to review past and upcoming reservations. Business billing information can be attached to bookings so the corresponding invoice contains the details your company needs.
