Comover's Review Policy
Reviews help our community make informed decisions and provide valuable feedback to Hosts and Bookers.
To keep reviews trustworthy, they must reflect genuine experiences, be relevant to the booking, and follow our Content Policy.
Reviews Must Be Authentic and Unbiased
- Reviews must be based on genuine booking experiences.
- Fake reviews, including reviews created through false bookings or multiple accounts, are prohibited.
- Hosts and Bookers must not offer payments, discounts, refunds, or other incentives in exchange for positive reviews or the removal of negative reviews.
- Threats, intimidation, or pressure intended to influence reviews are prohibited.
- Reviews must not be used to deliberately mislead others or manipulate a Spot's reputation.
- Hosts must not review their own Spots or coordinate misleading reviews of competing spaces.
Negative feedback is welcome when it honestly reflects a reviewer's experience.
Reviews Must Be Relevant
Reviews should describe the reviewer's experience with the space, Host, or booking.
Feedback may cover aspects such as cleanliness, amenities, communication, accessibility, and the accuracy of the listing.
Reviews that are unrelated to the booking, misleading, or based on experiences that did not occur may be removed.
Reviews Must Follow Our Content Policy
Reviews must not contain discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content.
Personal information should not be shared without an appropriate legal basis.
Reporting Reviews
If you believe a review violates this policy, please contact us at help@comover.com.
We may investigate reported reviews and remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
Depending on the severity or frequency of violations, we may also restrict or suspend the associated account.
We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative or because a Host or Booker disagrees with them.
