Whether you offer meeting rooms, flexible desks, or event spaces, Comover helps you reach professionals looking for the right place to work, meet, or collaborate.

Listing your space is free. There are no setup fees or monthly subscriptions. Comover only earns a commission when you receive a booking through the platform.

Step 1: Create Your Spot

Create a Spot from your Host dashboard and add its essential details:

• Photos and description
• Capacity and available amenities
• Pricing and opening hours
• Booking availability

Your Spot remains unpublished until you're ready to make it available.

Adding Photos

Clear, well-lit photos help Bookers understand your space and choose the right venue.

Show the room, seating arrangements, equipment, and any distinctive features.

Writing Your Description

Explain what makes your space suitable for meetings, focused work, training sessions, or events.

Include any practical information Bookers should know before arriving.

Step 2: Submit Your Venue

When your venue and Spots are ready, submit them for review.

We review listings to help ensure the information is accurate, clear, and useful to Bookers.

Once approved, your Spots can be published on Comover.

Step 3: Manage Availability

Keeping availability accurate helps prevent conflicting reservations.

Comover supports calendar synchronization using iCal/ICS, a standard format supported by services such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.

Where your existing system provides a compatible calendar feed, Comover can synchronize occupied time slots automatically.

Step 4: Receive Bookings

Booking methods depend on the type of space you offer.

• Meeting Rooms: Bookers submit a reservation request. You can accept or decline it.
• Flex Desks: Bookers can reserve available desks instantly.
• Event Spaces: Booking arrangements depend on the space and its configuration.

You can manage your reservations and communicate with Bookers directly through Comover.

Hosting Fees

Listing your space on Comover is free. There are no setup fees or monthly subscriptions.

Our standard commission is 8% of the booking subtotal + €0.75 per booking, excluding VAT.

Belgian VAT (21%) applies to the commission.

The commission is only charged when a booking is successfully made through Comover.

Payments & Invoicing

Comover handles online payments and automatically transfers the amount due to your bank account, after deduction of the applicable fees.

We also use a self-billing system to generate booking invoices on your behalf, reducing the administrative work involved in managing reservations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookers receive a full refund when cancelling at least 24 hours before check-in, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

For later cancellations, you may choose to provide a full or partial refund at your discretion.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the Booker receives a full refund.
