Payouts & Hosting Fees

We believe in a transparent and straightforward partnership. This guide explains how you receive payments and how our hosting fees work.

How Payouts Work

Comover uses Stripe to securely process booking payments and manage payouts to Hosts.

Once a booking is completed, your payout is processed after a 48-hour period, allowing time for any last-minute adjustments or refunds.

Your earnings are automatically transferred to your connected bank account, after deduction of applicable fees.

Bank processing times may vary.

Listing your spaces on Comover is completely free. There are no setup fees or monthly subscriptions.

Our standard hosting commission is:

8% of the booking subtotal + €0.75 per booking, excluding VAT.

Belgian VAT (21%) applies to the commission.

Hosting fees are only charged on bookings made through Comover.

If a Booker cancels at least 24 hours before check-in, they receive a full refund.

For later cancellations, Hosts may choose to offer a full or partial refund at their discretion.

You can find your booking history, earnings, and payout information in your Billing Profile on Comover.
