Comover

Payments & Invoicing

Payments on Comover are designed to be simple, secure, and transparent. We use Stripe to securely process transactions.

How Payments Work

How and when you are charged depends on the type of booking.

If your booking request is declined or expires, you will not be charged.

Price Transparency

Before confirming a booking, you can review the total price, including any applicable taxes.

Comover does not charge Bookers a separate platform fee. The price displayed at checkout is the amount you pay for your reservation.

Hosts pay a commission on bookings made through Comover, as described in our Hosting information page.

Secure Transactions

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Sensitive payment information, such as full card details, is not stored on Comover's servers.

Invoices

An invoice is generated for each confirmed, paid booking.

Comover uses a self-billing system to generate invoices on behalf of Hosts, helping reduce administrative work for everyone.

Business Invoicing

Comover supports invoicing for professionals and companies.

You can configure billing profiles with your business information and select the appropriate profile when making a reservation.

For organizations using Comover Teams, bookings can be associated with a team, allowing centralized billing and easier expense tracking.

Where applicable, Comover also supports electronic invoicing through Peppol.

Where to Find Your Invoices

Your invoices are available in your booking history on Comover.

You can access them alongside your reservation details whenever you need them for accounting or expense reporting.

Payments to Hosts

Comover collects booking payments and automatically transfers the amount due to the Host's connected bank account, after deduction of applicable commissions.

Payouts are managed securely through Stripe Connect.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

Depending on when a reservation is cancelled, you may be eligible for a full refund or a refund offered at the Host's discretion.

For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
