Comover's fees

Hosting is a way to earn money while networking with business relations. But how much does Comover charge, and how does this impact Hosts and Renters ? With a clear understanding of what Comover fees are, you can set a pricing strategy that makes sense for you.

Host fees

Most Hosts pay a flat service fee of 10% of the booking subtotal plus an additional fixed fee of €1.50. The subtotal is your hourly price multiplied by the stay duration of the renter, and doesn't include and taxes. Renters typically pay a service fee of around 10% of the booking subtotal plus an additional fixed fee of €1.50. So, if you’re charging €5 EUR an hour, for a 8 hours stay, the booking subtotal is €40 EUR for one guest. The Host fee, which is 10% of your booking subtotal (€4 EUR) as well as the fixed fee (€1.50), is deducted from your earnings. In this example:
