Cancellation policies

Before host's confirmation

When the host has not yet confirmed a booking request, no parties will incur any cost and no payment will be made when the host or the renter cancel the booking request

After host's confirmation

Depending on the length of your stay, when you cancel, you may get a partial refund or full refund.

Please contact us if you endure an issue during the normal cancellation flow.

If a renter cancels after the host has confirmed the booking request, a partial prorata refund will be given to the renter, as part of the payment will be sent to the host as a compensation. Example: If a host confirms the booking request of a renter 2 days prior to check-in and the renter cancels 1 day before check-in, the host will be compensated with half of what he would have received to compensate for the potential loss and the renter will receive half of what was paid minus our payment processor's processing fees. If this is a case of force majeure, please contact us.

If a host cancels a reservation after confirmation and prior to check-in, their renter will automatically receive a full refund. The host will incur the cost of processing fees from our payment provider and any other reasonable costs we incur as a result of the cancellation. If this is a case of force majeure, please contact us.

Extenuating circumstances

Did an emergency or natural disaster disrupt your reservation? You may be eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances. Contact us for more information.
