Introduce yourself

It's tempting to go straight into search, but first things first: Complete your profile. This gives potential Hosts a chance to learn about you while reviewing your booking requests. Be sure to verify your ID and include a profile photo, as it increases the chances of a booking request being confirmed.

Find a spot

The next step is finding a collaborative space to work from, we call those "Spots".

Explore the catalog to find a match that suits your needs. Now might be the right time to set the number of seats you want to book, the amenities you expects and the dates you wish to book. This will already filter the results that fits your needs.

Select a time and date range

Our booking is special: You can book for only the time you need.

First a time range has to be selected, this time range corresponds to the check-in and check-out time for each day your booking is active. Once you have selected a time range, you'll be able to select a date range. Only the days the spots is available for the time range you previously selected will be selectable. You can also select a date range that includes closing days, those days won't be included in the pricing of course.

Example: If a spot is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, you can select a time range from 9:00 to 13:00 and a date range of 2 weeks. This means:

• You'll have a booking for 10 days, that is Monday to Friday, twice.
• Each day your check-in time will be at 9:00 and your check-out time will be at 13:00
• You'll pay for 4 hours * 10 days

Payment

When you book, the booking is not active until you have proceeded to the payment. Once we have verified that you have enough funds to book a spot, the booking request will automatically be sent to the host. The host can to confirm your booking to make it official or decline it which will cancel the pending payment.

Enjoy your stay

Once the host has confirmed your booking request you're set and ready to go to his spot at the check-in time.
